    Am just beginning diet today , I did my cheat day yesterday, am beginning fast day. Was wondering about these supplements, do I still begin them too? I have Belly trim, Lepti burn ,and IC-5.

    What is the difference protein dense foods and carb-dense foods, compared to just protein, and carbs. I'm confused with low carb day and moderate carb day. Could you give me an Example as to what I might eat that day? And if I don't have the protein drink will that affect my results?
