Thread: FISH/KRILL 5X and CLA

  1. #1

    Question FISH/KRILL 5X and CLA

Since Omega 3 & 6 are fatty acids will they be adequately absorbed without a gall bladder? Will I need to take an ox bile supplement at the same time? What dose?

If taking both BioTrust 5X and CLA , won't Omega 3 to 6 ratio be reduced? Suggestions?

Good morning, FLS. Welcome to the Community Forum.

I do want to remind you that our products and the information that we provide are not intended to treat, cure, or prevent any medical conditions. Because we are neither doctors nor do we know your entire health history, we recommend that you discuss any specific medical-related questions with your physician or qualified healthcare specialist.

Based on the nature of your inquiry, I would recommend speaking directly with your physician or pharmacist about your specific concerns.

There are several dietary interventions that may be helpful, including omega-3 fatty acids and other healthy fats (like those found in olive oil and avocados), nuts, fiber, fruits and vegetables, and even coffee. Further, suggestions are made to decrease sugar consumption.

As mentioned, working with your doctor and healthcare team will be the best option for you given your situation.

That being said, I can’t imagine that it will hurt to focus on a diet that is primarily comprised of whole, unprocessed foods like vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, legumes, pasture-raised meats, wild fish, cage-free poultry and eggs, whole-kernel grains, and healthy fats and oils. You may even find the following nutrition course to be helpful to get your eating on track:

I hope this information is helpful, FLS. We look forward to working with you, and hope you will keep us updated on your progress.
