    Intermittent fasting versus high protein diet first thing in the morning

    In one of your videos it is preached that a high protein diet first thing in the morning is the way to go to optimize fat/weight loss. In another video INtermittent Fasting is preached as the way to go.
    which of these to methods is preferred and has better results ?
