    Exclamation 3 week diet newbie

    Hi all~

    I have the 3 week diet-read through, but I have a question for those who have done the diet!

    COFFEE?!?!

    Do I have to skip coffee the first phase of the diet? I may not make it without my morning coffee!!

    Good morning, Dara. Welcome to the Community Forum. Great question!

    The majority of your fluid intake should be water. Strive to consume at least a half gallon a day, even more on fast days.

    You may consume non-calorie beverages in moderation (this does not include milk).

    The rule is simple: if it has calories, don’t drink it. If it does not have calories, you may drink it in moderation. 90% of your fluid intake should be water.
