    Hello, Sessie1981.

Thanks for your question and welcome to the BioTRUST community. Although conjugated linoleic acid (the main ingredient in our BellyTrim XP product) is generally considered "safe," we cannot recommend taking any supplements while pregnant. This is something that you should absolutely discuss with your physician. You are welcome to show him or her the label to determine if this is the right product and the timing for you.

That said, once you are no longer pregnant or breastfeeding, we definitely recommend that you explore the fat burning properties of BellyTrim XP. Thank you, Sessie1981, and have a wonderful day!

Is this product safe to take if you have hypothyroidism? If so instead of taking it at breakfast and dinner can I take it at lunch and dinner instead?

Good afternoon, Lynn. Welcome to the Community Forum. Thank you so much for reaching out to us with your inquiry.

I do need to mention that our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Because we are not doctors and do not know your complete medical history, we advise that you consult your doctor and/or pharmacist about your specific medical question. And, never stop taking any medications without your doctor's approval.

BioTRUST Products are made with natural ingredients that are considered safe and extremely effective for nearly everyone. However, if you take prescription medications or have a medical condition, we recommend that you show our product labels to your physician and/or pharmacist for proper approval.

With regards to your inquiry about including our products in your healthy diet, I would recommend showing the product label to your physician or pharmacist for their professional opinion.

To address your question about taking BellyTrim XP with breakfast and lunch, as opposed to breakfast and dinner, this would be completely acceptable.

I am sorry I could not assist you with your medical question, however if there is anything else we can do for you, please do not hesitate to let us know.
