ANY REASON GIVEN THAT DOES NOT LEAD TO SUCCESS IS AN EXCUSE THAT WILL LEAD TO FAILURE!
Most of us that struggle with our body weight are either currently struggling with an excuse or 2, or have hidden behind them in the past.
*My metabolism is slow.
*I don't have time to cook whole foods.
*Eating healthy is too expensive.
*I don't have time to exercise.
*My spouse won't support my effort.
*Exercise is just too much work.
Burn more calories than you consume and the weight should shed easily. Unfortunately mother nature imprinted our genetic structure makeup in such a way that fat loss just ain't that easy. The cave men weren't fortunate enough to have a fridge in the kitchen or a corner party store or a Walmart in every town. They had to wait for the next mastodon kill to feed. Thus our digestive systems evolved over time to store fat when food was plentiful and to burn it begrudgingly when
As I was riding around today contemplating how some people stress about how their weight fluctuates on a daily or weekly basis a thought came to me, probably not original but a thought none-the-less. If you are in a stable holding pattern your weight is trending sideways. If you are building muscle or adding fat you are trending up.
Figured out how to start a new blog entry. Click on the unmarked blue oblong button near the top right hand corner.
Unfortunately I don't have anything remotely clever to say at the moment

Is there a color setting that would improve this?
I am going to attempt to blog, never blogged before. I wanted to keep my nutrition log more pure so I thought I could use the blogs to display all of my commentary about my Bio Trust experience. Feel free to respond if I managed to set this up so that you can.
I'm in my 3rd week on the 1 day diet and loving it. I'm losing weight, feeling energetic and not suffering from hunger too much. I'm going to be brave and post my before pic if I can.
