    Hi,

    I can use some help. I'm 5'6", mom of 2, and 150lbs. I've modified my diet and eating a lot healthier than I use to. I still indulge in unhealthy choices time to time but don't go overboard.

    I've been taking LeptiBurn, IC-5, and Metabo379 for a few weeks not and don't see any changes. What am I doing wrong?

    I also take OmegaKrill5x and the protein powder and love them!

    Any guidance is greatly appreciated.

    G'Day Tim,
    I am new here and although not overweight, since changing my diet based on key foods to eat and more importantly what not to eat as advised by yourself and the whole team here, the changes have been phenomenal. I have joined a gym to tone up, get fit and burn off the extra energy I now have but when reading your exercise regimes and this may sound a bit stupid, I don't have the lingo to know what a medicine ball slam is nor do I have the know how to complete a dead lift properly! All good to feel great and have heaps of energy only to end up on the sidelines because of lifting incorrectly. I want to learn how to do it properly but also what lift targets what muscles and so on. Is there somewhere you could recommend so as to familiarise myself with the workouts you describe in your posts? Any help would be greatly appreciated Tim and I can't thank you enough for yours and the whole teams input, ideas and advice. Changed man but still with a lot of work to do. Cheers mate.

    Hey Tim - since you're one of the official dudes online - ? - Why does Biotrust keep sending out duplicate information in their regular e-mails. Don't they have some way to screen so they don't keep sending you duplicates. I don't mind 1 or two times, but when I've been routed to the same videos like 10 times, I get really tempted to unsubscribe. Is there a way to subscribe to "new" info only? Totally do love the information you're sending. It's helped me and my whole family by default. Just seems my inbox is flooded now.
