Other Lowcarb smoothies you enjoy!
For those without an access to a blender (ie office) but have all the right ingredients, i would like to share this refreshing (and filling) recipe with all of you:
-1 cup finely chopped watermelon (or more if you prefer)
Sometimes when you are in a rush, you can get this in the supermarket already chopped small and in containers. What I do when i reach the office is just to take a knife and start slicing them in every way to smaller bits in the container itself and you will juice them too..
- .25 cup of low fat milk (almond milk or soy milk, the milk available for coffee in the office or which ever works for you, this can be skipped if you prefer)
- water to almost fill your Biotrust shaker bottle
- 2 scoops vanilla Biotrust low carb
Mix the first 4 ingredients in the shaker bottle. Shake it until you are satisfied that you have gotten enough juice fr the watermelon mixed w the milk and water.
Then add the lowcarb, mix, drink and enjoy! Oh, plus enjoy the watermelon nibbles while you drink it
